Habiganj Banachong upazila has been freed from landless and homeless.
On Wednesday (March 22) at 12 noon, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the houses of the landless and homeless from the Prime Minister's office.
This Samant Banitachong Upazila has been given one paved house with 20000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
Along with that, Banichang upazila has been declared landless and homeless free.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has made this official announcement to make Banachong upazila free of landless and homeless.
In this regard, 177 families of Banitchong Upazila were handed over land documents and house keys in Banitchong Upazila Parishad Milnattan on Wednesday.
Under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Padmasan Singh, local Member of Parliament Ed. Abdul Majeed Khan handed over the documents and keys as the chief guest.

A total of 502 paved houses have been provided with 2 centuries of land in 4 levels among the landless and homeless families of Banachong upazila.
In the 1st phase, 105 families, 70 families in 2nd level, 150 families in 3rd level, 4th level and 177 more families in the last phase have been declared landless and homeless.
In this regard, Banitachong Upazila Nirbahi Officer Padmasan Singh said, on Wednesday, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Sir has declared our Banachong Upazila as landless and homeless.
There are no more landless and homeless families in Banachong Upazila.
We have completed that work by providing paved houses with land to 502 families in four steps.
