On the occasion of Health Day, free medical camp in Ratapur of Lakshmipur has been given free dental treatment and medicine to more than five hundred patients.
The free medical camp was inaugurated at Rustam Ali Degree College grounds at 9 am on Monday, with 30 specialist doctors from Dhaka serving the patients.
The founder of Raipur Rustam Ali College, Belal Hossain Bhuiyan, was presided over by the founder of the free medical camp, Belal Hossain Bhuiyan, Director General of Anti-Corruption Commission Syed Iqbal Hossain, Upazila Executive Officer Anjan Das, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Russell Iqbal, Doctor Shafiq Ullah, Doctor Nizam Uddin and Doctor Abu Yusuf Bhuya of Parveen Dental Clinic.
In this day-long medical camp, dental and oral diseases are diagnosed, pain free tooth extraction, facial lesions, tumors, cancer detected. In this child, dental treatment, pregnancy mast, dental problems, facial and ligament pain, maternal beef removal, free service and medicine.
Dr Abu Yusuf Bhuya, a team leader of the free medical camp, said that this has been done to make people aware of the teeth and to provide proper dental treatment in the marginal stage, and there is hope to organize a bigger event in the future.
