Law Minister Anisul Haque has commented that if the 57 Section 57 case is discussed against journalists in the Information Technology (ICT) Act, he said this to the journalists after the new ‘Digital Security Act’ of the Secretariat.
The Law Minister has assured that no such innocent journalist will be subjected to harassment, he said that it will be known in the month of August whether the discussed section 57 will be in the law or not.
State Minister for Posts and Telecommunications Tarana Halim, State Minister for ICT Junaid Ahmed Palak were present in the meeting.
