Amatullah Bushra has been granted permanent bail in the case of Fardin Noor Parash murder case of Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET) student, Bushra appeared in the Metropolitan Magistrate's Court on Thursday to apply for permanent bail in the Fardin murder case.
Metropolitan Magistrate Shanto Islam Mallik granted his bail and fixed the next hearing on April 16. At the same time, Fardin's father has sought the time of a no-confidence application against the DB report by exempting Bushra from the case.
The plaintiff Kazi Nooruddin said in the writ petition that he had rejected the investigation report and would apply for no confidence on the next scheduled date. He filed a copy of all the documents in the case and granted two applications after the hearing. The special judge's court granted bail to Bushra until the investigation report was filed on January 8.
On February 6, the detective police (DB) report was acquitted Bushra from the murder charges. The investigation officer of the case, Inspector Yasin Shikder, submitted a report to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Dhaka.
