The motorcycle rider's husband and wife were killed in a motorcycle collision with a passenger bus in Netrakona-Madan, and his infant son was injured.
The accident took place on Thursday morning in Khajanti area of Netrakona's Atpaja upazila. The deceased Azharul Islam Nantu, the deceased Lutfur Rahman of Satgaon village of Mendipur Unit of Netrakona in Netrakona, and his wife Naisa Akhter, were injured in the Naga area of Nantu district.
According to police and local sources, Azharul Islam Nantu's wife Naisa Akhtar and her child were going to the village Balijari on a motorcycle from Naga area of Netrakona district on Thursday morning.
Azharul Islam, wife Naisa Akhtar and baby daughter on the road, Azharul Islam Nantu, wife Naisa Akhtar and infant daughter were injured.
When the injured were taken to Netrakona Modern Sadar Hospital, the doctor on duty declared Azharul Islam dead. Nysa Akhtar and the infant were sent to Mossansingh Medical College Hospital for better treatment.Nisa also died at Mamonsingh Medical College Hospital around 11 am.
For the investigation, the body of Azharul Islam, who was killed for the investigation, was sent to Netrakona Hospital morgue for the investigation of Atpaja police station (OC) Ujjal Kanti Sarkar, Naisa Akhtar's body was taken to Mamonsingh Medical College Hospital for mating at the hospital.
