Habiganj The mobile court has sentenced the mobile court to sell fake pesticides in Bananichanch.
The accused businessman was proved to be a crime of 1 lakh rupees in cash and the accused was given a 3-month unlabeled sentence.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Padmasan Singh conducted the mobile court under the Consumer Rights Act at 11 am on Wednesday (February 22).
Based on the complaints of the local residents, the mobile court has given this sentence to get the truth of the allegations of selling fake pesticides to various pesticide companies.
SI Mohsin of Banichang police station and his partner force assisted the mobile court, including Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officer Ratul Sen, certified Peshkar Imtiaz Ahmed.
In this regard, Banichang Upazila Agriculture Officer Md. Enamul Haque said, "We were receiving complaints from the farmers that some pesticides were not working in the land, which was being affected by the farmers.
Our field officials searched the business and identified the poison, we informed the UNO Mahod.
I hope, after that, no such business will cheat any ordinary farmer by cheating him.
