Laxmipur:
The court sentenced a housewife of Char Kadira village of Kamalnagar to Lakshmipur was sentenced to death by the court and fined 20 thousand taka each.
On Wednesday (March 29) at noon, District and Datra Judge Court Judge Dr. AKM Abul Kashem gave the verdict.
Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) Advocate Abul Kalam of Laxmipur Court confirmed the poison of Rat.
The convicts are Sanaulya (35), son of Mana Bepari of Char Basa village of Char Kadira Uniner of Kamalnagar Upazila, Md. Rahim (25), son of Abudal Gani of Under Char village of Notakhali district, son of Rafiqul Islam Bepari of Kalkini Uniton of Kamalnagar Upazila. Haroon (30), son of Rafiqul Islam of the same union, Abul Kashem Prakash (30).
The other accused Char Qadira Unitan's son Tajul Haque's son Tajul Haque's son Anoor Ulya was not proved to be acquitted by the court.
According to the court sources, the accused gang-raped her in turn in the 10-year metropolis of Char Kadira village of Kamalnagar upazila in the late night of December 22, 2014. After the rape, she was fatally injured.
