The government has taken the decision to continue to harness the skills of the officials to travel abroad.
On Monday (September 19), a directive was issued by the budget department of the Ministry of Finance, which mentions four conditions for traveling abroad.
The conditions are-
1. Managing and advanced budgets can be traveled abroad for Masters and PhD courses in foreign financing in foreign purchasing subjects and scholarships/fellowships offered by various advanced affiliates/universities/countries.
2. Around the basis of the signature-compromising memorandum (MOU) between various foreign training institutes/universities with the government, the scope of the management and better budget is included in the special/professional training.
4. Supplier/contractor/consultant organization means that the concerned officials including the concerned officials can travel abroad for the purpose of inspecting the quality of the service/product.
