The Appellate Division rejected the appeal of Ismail Chowdhury Samrat, the expelled president of Dhaka Metropolitan South Jubo League against the High Court's deo' order canceling the bail, and the High Court's bail was upheld by the emperor's bail.
A three-judge appellate bench led by Justice Md. Nuruzzaman passed the order on Wednesday.
Senior lawyer Barrister Rokon Uddin Mahmud heard the emperor's court and advocate Khurshid Alam Khan was on behalf of the ACC.
