Entering the sugarcane field to play, the court has ordered the Thana case to be taken up within 24 hours of the incident of beating four children in Lakshmipur.
On Thursday (August 4) at noon, Judge Abu Yusuf of the Ratpur Amli Court gave this order.
Plaintiff's lawyer Abdur Rahim Raju said that the trivial incident was made to the four children in a blazing manner, which was allegedly made by the victim Tanjid Ahmed's uncle Mizanur Rahman Subaj, who filed a complaint in the court.
During this period, the judge has directed the officer-in-charge (OC) of Raatpur police station to register an FIR within 24 hours.
The accused of attacking the children are Md. Muslim, Mamun Hossain, Sahab Uddin Mizhi of Charmohana village of Charmohana Unit of Ratapur Upazila of the district.
The children who are tortured are Shamim Hossain (10), son of Ismail Hossain of the same village, Tanjid Ahmed (8), son of Tofastel Ahmed. Azad's son. Shamim (11) and Gitas Uddin's son Shamim Ahmed (9). They are residents of the same village in Dakshin Udmara of Dakshin Charababil Unity, who complained about Sabuj, who is a resident of the same village.
According to the complaint, around noon on July 31, the four children entered the sugarcane field of the robbers playing and bathing along the river. The accused started beating the four children in the field.
They took out the field and gave the stick again and gave the stick and got bloody wounds. The accused had tried to kill four children with a tree.
The relatives of the victims rescued the children from the spot and admitted them to Rashpur Upazila Health Complex, from there, Shamim was sent to the District Headquarters Hospital where the condition worsened and the child was shifted to Notakhali General Hospital.
Ratpur Police Inspector (Investigation) Hasan Jahangir said that the court's instructions have not come yet. If the instructions come, action will be taken.
