This can be done mainly in two ways. In the first sub, you will be able to stop all app updates simultaneously.
In the second section, there will be an option to stop the update of any specific app.
All apps are available for automatic updates
Step 1: Open the Google Play Store.
Step 2: Tap your profile icon on the right side.
Step 3: Select Settings from the drop down menu.
Step 4: Select the ‘Network and Preferences’ option here.
Step 5: Here select the Auto-Update Apps option, you will see more options in the pop-up menu.
Step 6: Select the ‘Do not Auto-Update Apps’ option here. Selecting this option will not automatically update any apps in the background.
How to stop any specific app auto update
Step 1: Open the Google Play Store and open the app you want to stop the auto update of the app.
Step 2: Select the three dot menu on the right side.
Step 3: Now untact the ‘Enable Auto Update’ option.
