The cabinet has approved the Khasjat of the Family Court Act-2022, leaving the opportunity to try the cases of family disputes in the district level.
The Prime Minister was virtually involved in the Cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the Secretariat on Sunday (July 3).
At the end of the meeting, Cabinet Secretary Khandaker Anotarul Islam briefed reporters at the Secretariat. He said that as a result of this law, all the judges of the district level can prosecute it if there is a problem with divorce and divorce between the children.
