It has been alleged that the officials and employees have been living in the two rooms of the VIP Dak Bungalow in the Barguna river port for nine years but have not paid the money. The official used the room in the Barguna river port but did not pay the prescribed amount from the government.
As a result, the government is deprived of revenue.
According to BIWTA Barisal Divisional Engineer (Cure) Office, the building that is laid at Barguna river port is VIP Dakbungalow cum work office.
If the BIWTA uses the VIP post bungalow, the government should pay the fixed rate of VIP Dakbungalow, Assistant Director of River Port, Mamunur Rashid, who used it since 2014 but did not give any money.
According to Khonj Nit, Mamunur Rashid Barguna joined as Assistant Director of Barguna River Port in 2014. Since joining, he has been living in VIP Dakbungalow on the second floor of the West. He is using a personal AC lagi.

When asked about this, BIWTA's port and transport department director Kazi Oakil Nawtaz said, "Dakbungalo is not supposed to be there. Whoever stays there will maintain the register." If someone has not paid the money, it is definitely an audit.
