The writ has been filed in the High Court in order to close the instructions of all educational institutions in the coming holy month of Ramadan, which has challenged the validity of the decision to keep primary schools open till 20 Ramadan.
On Sunday (March 27), the relevant branch of the High Court, Advocate Yunus Ali Akand, filed the writ.
After an inter-ministerial meeting at the conference room of the Cabinet Division on February 27, the Education Minister said that even if the educational institution is closed in the month of Ramadan in the month of Ramadan, the classes will be held this time. The normal holidays of Eid will remain in place.
