The monthly meeting of the Law and Order Committee was held at Charbhadrasan in Faridpur (March 24th) at 4 pm on Thursday at the upazila conference room under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Tanjila Kabir Tripa.
Upazila Chairman Md Kawshar was present as the chief guest and Md. Zillur Rahman Assistant Commissioner Bhumi was present as a special guest.
At this time, Charbhadrasan police station officer-in-charge Ziarul Islam, Gazirtek UP chairman Yakub Ali, Charbhadrasan UP chairman Md Azad Khan Bir Muktijoddha Mohammad Khabir Uddin Ahmed, Awami League leader Mohammad Anwar Ali Molla, spokesperson requested on the ban on extraction of sand from Padma river in the name of development work at different points of Padma river, besides two new ghats have been issued from Gazitech Union Parishad and two new ghats have been said to be submitted to the upazila parishad.
He urged everyone to work together to prevent strict legal practices, prevention of child marriage and violence against women, discipline of Hatbazar.
