In Ramganj of Lakshmipur, there has been an allegation that the Directorate of Relief and Duryag Management has been accused of constructing a bridge for a family with government funds allocated for Tk 29 lakh 17 thousand.

But the local people complained that there were 2 more bridges before the expatriate Mizan's 100 meters, which has created various criticisms for the construction of the bridge in front of the expatriates.

But instead of building the bridge in the right place, the family members of a wealthy expatriate Mizan managed the former chairman Abul Hossain Mithu and managed the concerned circles in exchange of money to get the money for the construction of the bridge for the financial year 2021-22.
Alamgir Hossain, Kamal Hossain, Jasim Uddin, Babul Mita, Ali Hossain and many others said that on behalf of the local people, the concerned people have to pay a lot of money to build all these bridges.
Therefore, I am seeking the good attention of the Deputy Commissioner and Upazila Nirbahi Officer for the construction of the bridge in the interest of the public without looking at the interests of a expatriate family.
Faruk Hossain, brother of expatriate Mizan, said that the government has given a bridge in our name following the application of my brother.
Bhatara Unitn Parishad Chetrman Sheikh Samchul Alam Bulbul said, I have understood the status on the 3rd of February of the current year. This bridge has been approved before my authority. But how they are not able to get the government bridge for a family without people's travel.
Upazila Engineer Md Julet Rana said, we have approved it after hearing and still talk to my PIO sir.
Upazila PIO officer Dilip Kumar Dey said that the project has been approved in view of the needs of the local public representatives.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Tapti Chakma said, the complaint will be discussed with the official of the concerned department and action will be taken.
