Batting first in the rain-hit match against New Zealand, Bangladesh scored 140 runs for 8 wickets in the re-determined 27 overs, while Farzana Haque scored 141 runs in the 52-run innings.

The opening pair of Sharmin Sultana and Farzana Haque will give the team 59 runs in the first 5 overs of the power play.

The pair then broke down and Sharmin scored 33 runs while Farzana scored a 60-ball half-century.
