The hearing of the High Court rule was held on the conflict between the post of general secretary of Bangladesh Film Artists Association, Chinnadak Jased Khan and Natika Nipun Akhtar. After the hearing, the court has fixed Wednesday for the order of this poison.
The hearing was held virtually in the bench of Justice Mamnoon Rahman and Justice Khondkar Diliruzzaman on Tuesday.
Nipun's lawyer Barrister Mostafizur Rahman Khan confirmed the poison and said, ‘The court has heard today. The court has fixed the date for the order on this poison tomorrow, but a partial hearing may be held on Wednesday before the order.’
