Jasim Talukdar, Chittagong District Representative:
Khondkar, son of Banshkhali, joined Khagschi Ramgay as upazila executive officer of Chittagong district yesterday. Ikhtitar Uddin Arafat.
Earlier he was working as the private secretary of Chittagong Divisional Commissioner.
Senior Assistant Secretary Mr. Arafat is a 33rd BCS Administration Cadre, a 33rd BCS Administration Cadre. He has obtained a “Certifiment of Excellence” in the professional training of the Bangladesh Public Administration Academy and received a medal and certificate from the Hon'ble Prime Minister for his success.
He obtained the “Certificate of Merit” in the training of BCS Administration Academy and secured the 01st position in the Land Management Course.
He has made a major change in the upazila land service since he was working as an AC (Land) in Chakrita upazila. As an office, the Ministry of Land has been admirered and his innovative initiatives have been published in the Land Ministry, various nationalities and public newspapers.
He has traveled to several countries in professional training.
2019 - In the 20th financial year, he received the National Purity Award in the Chittagong Divisional Division as per the National Purification Strategy Work Plan. He was nominated in this award for his latest performance, proper planning and honesty.
During his education life, he received SSC from Banigram Sadhanpur High School, HSC from Chittagong College, B.Sc Engineering from EEE Department of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology and MBA degree with merit from USTC.
At the beginning of his career, he taught in a private university for some time and later joined the organization of Eastern Refinery Limited of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation and worked as a manager and finally joined the government service in 2014.
He is the father of 02 sons, his wife is an engineer and joined the 32nd BCS (Samak and Janpath) and is currently working as an Executive Engineer in the Department of SA.
It is to be noted that he is the son of former Chetman of Banigram resident Sadhanpur UP and late Khondkar Md. Chhamiduddin, the ’Group Commander“ during the Liberation War.
