The Executive Magistrate has fined 7 tractor owners of 25 thousand rupees in Kamalnagar of Lakshmipur.
Executive Magistrate and Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Kamruzzaman fined on Wednesday evening.
According to the section of the Transport Act 2018, the seven owners of the tractors seized from various parts of Kamalnagar Upazila are carrying the soil transportation of agricultural land and the road moving fast.
Kamalnagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Kamruzzaman said, this fine will be imposed under the Transport Act 2018 under the management of mobile courts in different areas of the upazila.
He also said that due to the movement of banned tracts, there are many accidents including improving the standard of living of the common people, so the mobile court will be conducted under the Transport Act 2018 and it will continue.
