The Cabinet Department has issued new five-point guidelines to keep the situation under control due to the rise in coronavirus infections, which issued five guidelines on Friday (Janu 21).
Among the instructions, the fifth point is also mentioned in the case of going to the mosque.
The directives are that masks must be used in all public gatherings including markets, mosques, bus stands, launch ghats, railway stations, and the administration/law enforcement will monitor the matter.
Meanwhile, Health Minister Zahid Malek briefed the overall situation of Corona at the Department of Health at Mohakhali in the capital on Friday (January 21) around 11 am.
He said that more than 100 people will not be able to participate in social, political and religious events. Government and private institutions will be employed by half of the manpower. It has been decided that a notification will be issued soon.
The minister said that the situation has been normalized, we opened the educational institution, but we have kept all the economic activities in place, but the rate of corona infection in the educational institution has been going down lately. So it has decided to close the educational institution after discussing with the Prime Minister. It has been decided to close the schools, colleges and universities for the next 2 weeks.
He added that some other measures are being taken to reduce the infection.
