Lakshmipur : There has been a complaint of filing a false case against the real owners of the land based on the char rising in No. 2 of Saheberhat Unit of Kamalnagar Upazila of Laxmipur.

But a few days ago, his people, including Anna Mita of Char Falkan area, raised a house in our land and destroyed all our crops in our land and his buffaloes, vehi and goats. If we local people protest, Anna Fazal threatens us to evict us from the land and demand a large amount of money.
Along with getting rid of these false cases, they strongly protested against this false case and as the real owner of the said land, Md. Mofiz Matabbar Manni, Deputy Commissioner, on behalf of the Matabbar family, to take the legal action of Char Jagabandhu Mauzatha Khazna.
Besides, on behalf of Matabbar family, Md. Jasim Uddin filed a case against 14 people including Anar Pajal of Anna's Pajal to get legal co-operation, whose cases are No-644/2021.
When asked about the complaint, Anna Fazal said, "We did not go to occupy anyone's land (Matabbar Char), we have a new char, so we have a buffalo rearing, we have built a movable house for him. We know that the lands are of the Matabbar family."
When asked about this, Kamalnagar police station officer-in-charge Mosleh Uddin said that a case has been filed in Lakshmipur George Court on both sides.
Both the cases are under investigation, a report will be sent to the court after the investigation.
