A fire broke out in the warehouse of Jhut in the depot area of Chittagong, Chittagong, after reports that the six units of the Fatter Service were working to control the fire at the scene.
The fire started around 5:20 am on Thursday (December 9) and the poison was confirmed by Farid Uddin, Deputy Assistant Director of Chittagong Fatter Service.
He said that the fire in the godown of the garment jhut has to be brought to the ground, while three godowns are on fire, which is not getting enough water, which is why the fire has to be extinguished, but he could not tell how the fire started.
It is reported that the fire incident took place in a two-storey building in Atura's depot Najerita area where various types of garments were kept in the garments.
