The agricultural fields of Lakshmipur are full of mustard flowers in the fields of huge crops.
You can see the ground, the wide field is garnished with yellow and yellow mustard, where the eyes are full of yellow flowers of mustard flowers, while the bees are collecting honey with the yellow flowers on the green mustard tree.
It is known that there are two types of mustard cultivation in Lakshmipur. Some of BARI mustard 14 and 15 and some cultivate desi mustard-7 mustard. Mohan village has cultivated a vast field of mustard, and farmers have cultivated mustard in the crop fields of Saitrapur Laharkandi Charmansa Bhavaniganj and Abirnagar in Sadar Upazila.
According to the sources of Laxmipur Agriculture Extension Directorate, Laxmipar Sadar Upazila 150 hectares, Rautpur 165 hectares, Ramganj 7 hectares, Ramgati 1 hectare and Kamalnagar 6 hectares of land have been cultivated.
Laxmipur District Agriculture Extension Directorate Deputy Director Golam Mostafa said that mustard cultivation has been done on 300 hectares of land in Laxmipur during the current rabi season. Mustard cultivation has become popular day by day.
