Customers have complained that they are not able to use the internet in various districts of the country including the capital.
They have known that the internet service has been stopped since 5 am on Friday (October 15), but it is said that the slow 2G internet service is getting in some places.
A customer named Hamidul Haque said, ‘I woke up in the morning and turned on the data of the mobile phone, but I am not getting any connection. No SIM is getting a net connection.’
Abdur Rahman, owner of ‘Amar Circle ISP’ (Internet Service Provider) in Mirpur of the capital, said, ‘Broadband internet is not a problem. Customers are getting internet service on broadband.’
