A memorial meeting was held on the occasion of the 25th death anniversary of the late Obatadul Haque Babul Molla, the traditional Molla family of Bhola, the Aomi League nominated member of parliament of Bhola Sadar Constituency.
The memorial meeting was held in the Bhola Zilla Parishad hall room on Monday in the district Aomi League.
District Awami League Senior Vice President Bir Muktijoddha Dost Mahamud spoke at the commemoration meeting, District Aomi League General Secretary and Zilla Parishad Chairman Abdul Momin Tulu, Awami League National Council Member Hamidul Haque Bahalul Molla, Sadar Upazila Awami League President and Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Zilla Parishad Panel Chairman Nazrul Islam Goldar, District Awami League Publicity Secretary Yanur Rahman Biplab Molla, prominent businessman and younger brother of late Obadul Haque Babul Molla, Shahidul Haque Mukul Molla, younger son Samir Obadad Fahad and others.

The leaders and activists of Awami League and other organizations were present in the meeting district Awami League, Sadar Upazila Awami League, Municipal Awami League, Jubo League, Volunteer League, Chhatra League.
In the event, the speakers demanded the trial of the murderers of late Obatadul Haque Babul Molla.
Note:- In the by-election in 1996, Obadadul Haque Babul Molla was nominated as a Member of Parliament from Awami League in Bhola Sadar seat. Later, due to the complications of the case, the election was stopped due to the complications of the case. On October 10 of the same year, he was shot dead by the terrorists.
