Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulation Commission (BTRC) has stopped 59 unregistered and illegal Internet Protocols or IPTVs in the country. BTRC came to know this information in a press release on Sunday.
BTRC said in the notification, they have issued this notification to clarify various topics related to IPTV services. It is said in the notification that the process of broadcasting using the television broadcast using the television or content network network is ISPV. BTRC cable license holder ISP (Internet Service Provider) ISP based data service (eg streaming service, IPTV, video on-demand) is allowed in the company.
It is said that after getting the approval of BTRC ISPTV service, ISP operators can display the broadcast of the Ministry of Information approved satellite TV channels only to their customers through the Internet. However, the publicity agreement/authorization/submission/submission/submission/receipt should be accepted from the concerned provider for each channel or program or promotion.
It is said that some dishonest business is showing IPTV through the current, which is not valid, the 59 unregistered IPTV has been closed for the same.
