On Thursday (September 16), Supreme Court lawyer Khandkar Hasan Shahrir sent this notice to six people including the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.
The notice has also been asked to cancel the decision to open the educational institution within seven days and publish and disseminate the notification, otherwise the notice will be filed in the High Court for remedies for this poisoning.
It should be noted that the educational institution was closed from March 17 last year due to the epidemic coronavirus. Since then, the closure of the phase has been closed till September 11 of this month.
