Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Ashek Imam fixed this day for the order on Thursday (February 18) afternoon.
On Wednesday (February 17), Bangabandhu Foundation Executive President Advocate Moshiur Malek filed a case against these four people in the same court.
In the petition, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Army Chief General Aziz Ahmed were accused of publishing false and false information. The court accepted the statement of the plaintiff and kept the case for order.
The other accused in the case are Zulqarnain Sami, Tassim Khalil and David Bergman of Saturn.
Advocate Moshiur Malek confirmed the poison of the case, he said, saying that he was giving a derelict statement against the Prime Minister and the army chief. The Yantra has been misled by illegally false information which is a treason.
The application of the case under Section 124/124(A)/149,/34 of the Penal Code of 1860 should be made.
