Own Correspondent: The mobile court has fined and sealed Bismillah Medical Center's license, hygiene, X-ray and medicines at Kamalnagar, Lakshmipur.
Executive Magistrate and Upazila Executive Officer Mohammad Mobarak Hossain conducted the mobile court on Tuesday (08 September) at noon.
Kamalnagar Health and Family Planning Officer Md. Abu Taher was present at the meeting.
Bismillah Medical Center's hygiene, X-ray, pharmacy's medicine and non-licensing have been fined one lakh rupees and the medical center has been sealed under the conditions. Khurshid Alam of that center, if he is not a doctor or private pack, give him a bond.
Executive Magistrate and Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mohammad Mubarak Hossain said that Bismillahi Medical Center has various intents and has been sealed subject to a fine of one lakh rupees and conditions.
