Own Correspondent: The officer-in-charge (OC) of Kamalnagar Police Station appeared with food items with condolences with the family of the old Rana, who committed suicide due to poverty. Nurul Abshar.
On Wednesday (June 17) morning, the OC delivered the food items to the runners of Hajihat Union of the upazila.
OC Kamalnagar OC Nurul Abshar Asah handed seasonal fruits including rice, dal, oil, chicken and other seasonal fruits to the family.
It is known that the old man committed suicide on June 15 due to poverty and debt.
In addition to the coronavirus situation in various villages of OC Nurul Abshar upazila, they are providing food aid to the poor and needy people in the lockdown situation.
OC Md. Nurul Abshar said, I came to express my condolences to the family of Rana, who committed suicide due to scarcity, and gave some seasonal fruits and food items. We are trying to stand by the helpless in the lockdown.
