Reporter: Three more people have been diagnosed with coronavirus in Laxmipur, one of them from Sadar Upazila and two residents of Ratapur Upazila, and two more coronavirus patients have been identified in Ratpur.
The District Health Department said that their samples were tested at Veterinary and Animal Science University in Chittagong.
This information was reported from the District Civil Surgeon Office around 3 pm on Sunday (May 10) and the total number of patients identified in the district including new identifications is 62.
Among them, 24 people have returned to the health of Sadar upazila, 19 in Ramganj, four in Raktpur, seven in Kamalnagar and 14 in Ramgatti. So far, 14 have returned to health. Among them, 10 people from Kamalnagar and one from Ramgati have been identified and one died before they were identified. Two people who were infected were identified in Dhaka and the two were identified in Lakshmipur.
The victims are receiving treatment at District Headquarters Hospital, Upazila Health Complex and Home Quarantine.
