Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has said that the law and order forces will be ready to prevent any untoward incident in the month of Ramadan.<\/p><\/div>\n

He said this in response to a question from journalists after the second international conference of obstruction and disaster risk reduction at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the capital on Thursday (May 17).<\/p>\n

The minister said, \"As every year, we are ready to celebrate Ramadan smoothly, and the law enforcement agencies are ready to prevent any untoward incidents.\"<\/p>\n

Regarding the recent disappearance of some youths in Chittagong, he said that most of them are hiding for various purposes. Many consider it a disappearance, but we have I have found that most of them have gone into hiding.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the chief guest said in the speech of the chief guest that the conference was inaugurated on May 15. He has given instructions to implement the social security program in the highest importance of disabled people. Involving the mainstream of the society's development activities, ensuring equal rights for disabled people is a part of the current government's activities.<\/p>\n

He said, 650 million people are affected by the disability in the world, and a significant number of people are suffering from some kind of obstacle. It is difficult to ensure the development of the nation by keeping this huge population out of the mainstream of development activities.<\/p>\n

\u2018We think that if the disabled people are involved in the mainstream of the development of the disabled, they will get benefits if they are involved in the national disaster and mitigation program.\u2019<\/p>\n
