The three-day Bhumi Seva Mela-2026 has started in Sadarpur Upazila of Faridpur like the rest of the country. On Tuesday (May 19) morning, the fair was inaugurated with a colorful rally from the Upazila Parishad office premises.<\/p>\n
The auspicious occasion of the land service fair organized nationwide was inaugurated by the Honorable Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Tariq Rahman, in this continuation of Sadarpur. Md. Shahidul Islam Babul inaugurated the fair organized in the upazila.<\/p>\n
Upazila Executive Officer Sharif Shawon presided over the event, Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Rifat Anjum Pita, Md. Abdul Al Mamun, Upazila BNP Convener Kazi Badrut Zaman Badu, Member Secretary Tariqul Islam Kabir Molya, Government Office Officers-Employees, Bir Muktijoddha, People's Representative, various Educational Educational Officers and other educationists. The teachers-students, journalists and service aspirants are general public.<\/p>\n
Various stalls have been set up in the fair to bring various information services related to Namjari, Khatian, Land Development Tax, Online Services and Land to the doorsteps of the people. Those concerned said that this fair has been organized to make land service easier, transparent and people-friendly.<\/p>\n
The chief guest said in his speech that the concerned officials should be careful not to be harassed or get involved in unnecessary cases in the land related matters, he said, as the capacity of poor and helpless people is less able to handle cases, they should be ensured that they get proper justice and services in the land office.<\/p>\n
It is to be noted that various advice and immediate services are being provided to the service users directly from the special booths set up in the fair premises regarding e-namzari, khatian, land development tax payment.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
