Eminent politician and social worker Akram Hossain Shahed has collected the party nomination form of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) in the election of No. 08 Char Kadira Union Parishad of Kamalnagar Upazila of Laxmipur.<\/p>\n
He collected this nomination form in the presence of Dalit leaders and activists at the upazila BNP office on Saturday (March 7) afternoon. In the presence of the office secretary, he received the form from the office secretary, which was accompanied by a large number of leaders and workers of the upazila and union BNP, Jubo Dal, Chhatra Dal and other organizations.<\/p>\n
Akram Hossain Shahed, who is under the leadership of the president of No. 8 Char Kadira Uniton Juba Dal, is known as a \u2018clean image\u2019 leader.<\/p>\n
The party has been accused of 6 cases and has been imprisoned for 3 times, especially in the 2019 Union march, he was seriously injured and his wife Farzana Afraz Juthi has been in the same position.<\/p>\n
Akram Hossain after collecting the nomination papers Shahed said: I believe that to make Char Qadira Union a modern, educational and advanced township, the combination of youth power and the advice of the experienced is necessary. I will nominate me by evaluating my sacrifice and activity on the streets, but I will work to build a society free and developed society with the help of common people, Insha'Allah.\u201d<\/p>\n
Uniton Jubo Dal General Secretary Farvez Kamal, Publicity Secretary Mostafa Sarwar, Joint General Secretary A. Mannan, Upazila Krishak Dal Joint General Secretary Zahir, Upazila Chhatra Dal member Helal Mahmud, Char Kadira Uniiton Chhatra Dal General Secretary Yusuf and other wards were also present in the collection of forms.<\/p>\n
Local voters and Trinamool leaders and activists said that Shahed is an honest and worker-friendly leader, he is uncompromising in the infrastructure development of the area and protecting people's rights.
