The International Criminal Tribunal-1 has ordered the hanging of the ousted former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the case of crimes against humanity committed during the mass uprising in July last year.<\/p>\n
The chairman of the tribunal Justice Md. A three-member judicial panel led by Golam Mortuza Majumdar announced the Raat at 3:30 on Monday (November 17).<\/p>\n
The other two members of the tribunal are - Justice Md. Shafiul Alam Mahmud and Judge Md. Mohitul Haque Enam Chowdhury.<\/p>\n
In the case, Sheikh Hasina has also sentenced former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal to be hanged while the other accused in the case, former IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun, has been sentenced to five years in prison.<\/p>\n

In addition to these evidences, the audio-video of Sheikh Hasina's conversation, media reports, seized bullets, etc., are also presented as evidence, including the evidence of a forensic expert. Former IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun testified as a witness to this.<\/p>\n
