The newly formed partial committee of Laxmipur District Student Forum in Dhaka has been approved for the next one year on Monday (September 18). This organization has been working for a long time to work for the welfare of the students of Lakshmipur district in Dhaka and strengthen mutual bonds.<\/p>\n
Independent University of Bangladesh student Rifat Rahman has been elected as the president of the newly formed committee and Zahid Hasan, a student of Sir Salimullah Medical College, has been elected as the general secretary.<\/p>\n
After getting the durriness, the president said, \u201cI am sincerely grateful to me as the president. I consider this dutifulness as a deposit. To unite the talented students of Lakshmipur district, to be vocal in their rights, and to contribute to the development of the society.\u201d<\/p>\n
On the other hand, General Secretary Zahid Hasan said, \u201cStudent Forum is a family for the students of Lakshmipur district in Dhaka. We will form a transparent, accountable and effective committee with everyone. It is our aim to move forward unitedly.\u201d<\/p>\n
Targeting for other posts by Vice President Mehdi Hasan (ICAB), Rizvi Ahmed Bhui (Dhaka University) Mahin Uddin Jutel, Publicity Secretary Harunur Rashid Jihad, Office Secretary Tanjidur Rahman Asim and Education and Research Secretary AHM Rafsan Uddin Khandkar.<\/p>\n
Sumaita Khanam (Eden Women's College), Arafat Hossain Shaon (Butette) and Nahidul Islam (Dhaka College-E,E) have been honored as honorable members.
