The court rejected the bail application of 12 lawyers and ordered them to be sent to jail.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday (September 2), Barguna District and Datra Judge Md. Saifur Rahman gave this order.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyers who were denied bail are: Barguna Lawyers Association former president Mahbubul Bari Aslam, Md. Mujibur Rahman, Md. Humaun Kabir, Md. Nurul Islam, Md. Mojibul Haque, Humaun Kabir Paltu, Junad Hossain Jutel, Abdullah Al Mamun, Imran Hossain, Saimul Islam Rabbi, Abdur Rahman Jutel and Amirul Islam Milon. Jahangir Kabir, former MP Golam Sarotar Tuku and Shaukat Hasanur Rahman Rimon 158 Awtami League leaders and activists vandalized and set fire to Barguna district BNP office, which would have a loss of Tk 9 lakh 45 thousand.<\/p>\n<p>After the case, the 12 accused took bail for eight weeks from the High Court on July 2 this year and filed a bail in Barguna District and Datta Judge Court on July 21. After the bail was over, they applied for bail again on July 24. The court called for the document and fixed the date for the hearing on the day after the hearing on Tuesday and the court on Tuesday rejected their bail application and sent them to jail.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer of the accused.
