It is a moral test of Awami League's fascist actions - which is a trial of justice, humanity and democratic consensus. But the state must ensure that the Awami League has justice as an accused.\"<\/p>\n
He said these things in the president's speech at the JSD standing committee meeting held at Uttara residence on Saturday.<\/p>\n
Party General Secretary Shahid Uddin Mahmud Swapan, Standing Committee Member Tania Rob, Bir Muktijoddha Mohammad Siraj Mia, Mohammad Tauhid Hossain, Advocate KM Jabir, Kamal Uddin Patwari and other leaders also spoke in the meeting.<\/p>\n
The party's general secretary Shahid Uddin Mahmud Swapan said - the true beauty of democracy is that the voice of the oppressed is protected by the state and ensures impartial and justice for the accused. If a state keeps the genocidal power out of justice, then that state is not philosophically.<\/p>\n
The political resolution of the meeting states that genocide is the highest crime against humanity. When a political organization is accused of genocide and the charge is under trial in an international criminal tribunal, the state's main moral duty is to be a state-runner-up.<\/p>\n
