In addition, the court ruled that the resulting gazette was canceled and the previous mayor, Fazle Noor Tapas, was illegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the verdict was announced, Ishraq Hossain said that the election was fraudulently voted for the election, but whether I will take the oath as mayor will depend on the party's decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incidentally, in March 2020, BNP party candidate Ishraq Hossain filed a case against the DSCC election rigging allegations and the then Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda, returning officer Md.
