Dr. Yunus said that if the law is properly enforced and disciplined, it is possible to win all wars without law without government, democracy, civil rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said that if the law and order situation in the country is not normal, no plan to build the country will be useful. Policemen will have to play an important role in building a new Bangladesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
