Private education across the country The teachers in the institutes will soon be appointed to solve the crisis of teachers. The teachers have already formulated a policy to ensure the maximum number of 35 years for these teachers. According to Maushi sources, this new policy has been finalized as \u2018Private Education Institutions (Schools and Colleges) Manpower Structure and MPO Policy-2018\u2019. So that several proposals have been kept in the development of the education sector.<\/p>\n
When asked about this, Additional Secretary (Secondary) of the Secondary and Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education, Javed Ahmed told Bangladesh Journal that although many poisons including information technology have been added in the secondary and higher secondary, the students are being deprived of quality education.<\/p>\n

Maushi Sutra knows that, 1 lakh new posts are currently in accordance with the manpower structure of private educational institutions, in lower secondary schools, Bengali, English and Social Science has been held one post each. In the new manpower structure, these three posts will be created in agriculture, domestic, mathematics, physical science, physical education, information and communication technology, arts and arts.<\/p>\n
