On Wednesday, the historic 7th March, the ruling Aomi League has organized a nationwide program to mark the day, and on that day, a large public meeting was organized at Sohraradi Udyan in Dhaka.<\/p><\/div>\n

The public meeting will start at 2 pm, which will be chaired by Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.<\/p>\n

On March 7, 1971, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman gave a historic speech at Sohraradi Udyan (then Race Course Matadan) during the final phase of Bangladesh's freedom struggle.<\/p>\n

In October last year, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Bangabandhu's March 7 speech was recognized by the World Heritage.<\/p>\n

In this context, Awami League is giving great importance to the public meeting on the occasion of March 7 this year ahead of the national elections.<\/p>\n

The party has planned to bring a large gathering of people, and the people concerned know that they have prepared accordingly.<\/p>\n

At the beginning of the public meeting, the national and Dalit flags will be hoisted at Bangabandhu Bhavan and Dalit Karal at 6 am Dhanmondi at 6 am.<\/p>\n
