Only the reform commission has recommended four new principles of governance, these are - equality, human dignity, social justice, pluralism.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Wednesday (January 15), the Chief Advisor to the Chief Advisor's Office, Prof. Muhammad Yunus, submitted a report on the recommendation of reforms to the Chief Advisor, Professor Ali Reutz, the Constitution Reform Commission, which was recommended in various fields including the state power structure, the nature of the Parliament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is said in the poison of the constitutional name change of the country, instead of \u2018Republic\u2019 and \u2018People's Republic of Bangladesh\u2019, the words \u2018citizen system\u2019 and \u2018democratic Bangladesh\u2019 will be used respectively in case of the constitution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the recommendation, instead of \u2018Bengali\u2019 as a nation, all citizens are \u2018Bangladeshi\u2019 and the language of citizenship is \u2018Bangla\u2019 and as mother tongue in the country. All the languages used are asked to be recognized as the common language of the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It has also been recommended to cancel the Constitution, cancel, suspend and amend the Constitution and the cancellation of Articles 7A and 7B of the Constitution regarding the provision of punishment has also been recommended.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The constitutional right includes food, clothing, education, medical treatment and housing, as well as new rights, including state management, franchise, internet, information, information, privacy protection, consumer protection, child development, science and future generation rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the reform report, the national parliament has been recommended to make two-chambers, constitutional councils, reduce the power of the Prime Minister, decentralize the judiciary, establish a permanent attorney service, and the constitutionally anti-corruption commission, human rights commission, election commission, public action commission and local government commission will be recommended.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2018Regarding the recommendation of changing the \u2019People's Republic Bangladesh\u2018 to \u2019People of People's Bangladesh\u2018, Professor Ali Ritaz, head of the Constitution Reform Commission, told reporters, \u2018The way Bangladesh is called the People's Republic of Bangladesh, we have disagreed that the Republic is actually the talk of the Republic.
