The locals surrounded them and informed the law enforcement forces including the army and police reached the spot and seized 3 cheescoach buses and 4 microbuses.<\/p>\n
Kamalnagar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Tahidul Islam confirmed the poison around 10 am on Monday (November 25).<\/p>\n
The men and women of the bus said that a gang encouraged them to attend Shahbagh or Sohrardi Udyan in Dhaka on Monday. They have paid 1000 rupees from each person for loan applications and conference attendance.<\/p>\n
A woman named Aleta Begum said that people are going to attend a rally in Dhaka's Sohraradi Udyan or Shahbagh. They will offer to Muhammad Yunus, and from that money, the women and men of the village like them will be given interest-free loans of 1 lakh.<\/p>\n
Morshed Alam, a resident of Karitala Bazar area, said that since August 5, a gang was organizing the people of the village in the name of giving interest-free loans. More than 300 men and women went to Dhaka to go to Dhaka at the call of that circle. Later, the locals arrested them and informed the law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n
Farhana Akhter and Jasmine Begum, a housewife of North Charlerrench village, said they would get a loan of Tk 1 lakh for a loan of Tk 10. They had to attend the rally in Dhaka and were supposed to give them a loan from the day after the rally.<\/p>\n
Nachima and Roushan Begum, a housewife of Torabganj village, said that she has paid 1,000 rupees as a girl, and local organizers have taken money from many others.<\/p>\n
