\nA teacher of primary school is enjoying all the facilities including salary despite being absent from work in Lakshmipur, as a result, other teachers are struggling to teach the students of that school, complaining that a local influential circle and upazila assistant education are struggling. He has been absent from work for about 7 months with the connivance of the officer. Other teachers think this is a new trade in the name of deputation.<\/p>\n
According to the complaint, the teacher is involved in the incident of Afsana Akhtar Pinki (HSC pass) in Balashpur Government Primary School of Sadar Upazila, who has been coming to East Dharmapur Government Primary School near his home since July 2017.<\/p>\n
When asked, the headmaster of Balashpur Government Primary School, Jyotsna Rani Bhowmik, said that Afsana Akhter Pinki was the first to join the school as an assistant teacher in February 2017. After 4 months, she went to a school in her own area. According to the instructions of officer Kazi Ashraf Mahmud, he is getting salary as working in this school.Currently there is a shortage of teachers in this school, teaching is being disrupted, so Farukur Rahman, president of the managing committee, has to face various questions.<\/p>\n
Assistant teacher Afsana Akhter Pinki said on the phone, \"My father Zahir Uddin and Zilla Parishad member Afzal Hossain asked me to conduct classes in East Dharmapur Government Primary School.\" However, if the order from the education office is as per the order, I will go to Balashpur Government Primary School from tomorrow.<\/p>\n
Sadar Upazila Assistant Education Officer Kazi Ashraf Mahmud said that Pinki has been deputed to that school as per the instructions of the superior officer.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, many of the assistant teachers complain that there is no opportunity to go through deputation in their own area for four months after the start of their service, because many of the assistant teachers are in their respective schools, despite their positions in the school.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
