\nA court in the country has sentenced four Bangladeshis to two to five years in prison in Singapore.<\/p>\n

The court on Tuesday announced the sentence of the four.<\/p>\n

Those four Bangladeshis are, Mizanur Rahman (31), Rubel Mita (26), Md. Javed Katsar Haji Nurul Islam Saudagar (30) and Ismail Howladar Sohail (29) sentenced Mizanur to 60 months, Rubel and Jabath for 30 months and Sohail for 24 months.<\/p>\n

On May 31, all four of them pleaded guilty in the court.<\/p>\n

All of these four Bangladeshis are working in Singapore and militancy in Singapore, according to the police of that country, among them, Mizanur's S-passed medium skilled workers, the rest were semi-skilled workers with Otark Permits in Singapore.<\/p>\n

The four expatriate Bangladeshis were detained in April under the Singapore Internal Security Act (ISA) and later pleaded guilty to it in court, which was convicted of militant financing, which was convicted today.<\/p>\n

According to the Straits Times, the four Bangladeshis were detained under the Terrorism of Finance Act of Singapore. The other two are part of the same party. The two others are Zaman Daulat (34) and Mamun Lichakat Ali (29). They denied the charges in the court.<\/p>\n
