\nLaxmipur's young Udiman student leader Samir Ishashar Rafsan. He was a former member of Laxmipur District Chhatra League, Rafsan's grandfather Alhaj Sirajul Islam, was a close companion of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and former Member of Parliament of Laxmipur 04 Constituency.<\/p>\n

Rafsan's birthplace is Azim Shah Market in Laxmipur district city, Municipal No. 06 Otarard adjacent to Bazar Road.<\/p>\n

He is currently graduating in Political Science from Lakshmipur Government College and studying law from a private university.<\/p>\n

His father Md. Abdul Matlab is the vice-president of Lakshmipur District Aoami League, his uncle Rakib Hossain Lotus is the former general secretary of Laxmipur District Chhatra League.<\/p>\n

This young student leader has been active in BCL politics for a long time.<\/p>\n

Different people have been supporting common people in different ways. During the Corona period, they have distributed free mask disinfectant chemicals along with food assistance.<\/p>\n
