The committee has completed all the preparations for the purpose of the Mahfil and the Rajbai Sadar and its surrounding areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alhaj Kazi Keramat Ali, Member of Parliament for Rajbai-1 Constituency was supposed to be the chief guest in the Mahfil. Khandkar Habibur Rahman Bachchu. Bethuli Barlahurita, Principal of the Siddiqita Kamil Madrasa Khandkar Abdul Mannan said, Amir Hamza has not received permission from the administration to be the keynote speaker.
