The Election Commission (EC) said that a total of 2 thousand 741 candidates have filed nomination papers in 300 seats across the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This information was informed by the Public Relations Branch of the Election Commission Secretariat on Thursday (November 30).<\/p>\n

EC Public Relations Director said that today was the last day for filing nomination papers for 300 parliamentary seats on the occasion of the upcoming 12th parliamentary elections. On the last day, 2,741 people have filed nomination papers, a total of 30 registered political parties have been submitted.<\/p>\n

According to the announced schedule, the last date for the 12th national parliamentary election is the last date for the election, the nomination papers will be selected from December 1 to 4. The last date for withdrawal of candidature is December 18 and the polling will be held on January 7.<\/p>\n

The 11th National Parliament election will be held on December 30, 2018. According to the Constitution, the next parliamentary elections should be held within 90 days before the completion of the Metad of the Parliament. The current Parliament will end on January 29. There is an obligation to hold elections in the 90 days before the 90 days.<\/p>\n
